Job summary

Origence in Irvine, CA seeks a ServiceNow Administrator/Architect to lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of our freshly implemented ServiceNow platform. You will partner with an external implementer across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules, driving long-term strategy and internal expertise.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Admin experience, CSA certification, and strong REST/SOAP integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow Administrator experience in a corporate environment.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required; Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP; ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM modules; Studio and Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
• Administer, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform; handle updates and security.
• Implement RBAC, data encryption, and compliance configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; automate processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics; maintain data quality and audits.
• Stay current with releases; plan testing and rollout of upgrades.
