Job summary

Optimum Healthcare IT, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to guide ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping implementations for healthcare clients. This role partners with leadership and sales to architect solutions and ensure delivery excellence across projects.

You will define platform roadmaps, mentor a consulting team, support pre-sales, and maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including healthcare use cases and best practices for go-live success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Completion of ServiceNow CSA or CAD with ITOM CIS certifications.
• Experience in ITSM, FSM, SPM, ITAM, HRSD is preferred.
• 10 years of client-facing experience delivering business transformation through technology.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and Studio.

Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design for ServiceNow ITOM Visibility solutions with a focus on Service Mapping across the customer enterprise.
• Deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising on best practices.
• Mentor technical consulting team members on development and configuration activities.
• Participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimates for delivery.
• Own the technical quality on projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning."
• Keep current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and healthcare use cases, guiding longevity of the solution.
