Job summary

Infosys seeks an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to lead IT Operations for financial services clients in the United States. You will resolve complex incidents, assess infrastructure, and design scalable solutions while coordinating deployments and documenting knowledge.

This role emphasizes ServiceNow ITOM, cloud integration, and automation across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and scripting experience, plus the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are welcome.
• Infosys CIS in ITOM applications is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Assess client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable reports for due diligence.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and document deployed systems.
• Coordinate deployments, release readiness, and post-deployment testing per protocols.
• Maintain integration with existing systems and manage version control.
