A leading technology service provider in the United States is seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise ServiceNow platform adoption. This role focuses on user training, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness. Candidates should have 3–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop training materials and conduct sessions. Familiarity with Government environments and ITSM concepts is desirable.

Formación

• 3–7 years experience in Organizational Change Management, training, or user adoption roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT implementations or ServiceNow platform rollouts.
• Strong communications planning and execution experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support OCM program execution and manage schedules.
• Develop rollout plans and training schedules.
• Deliver training sessions for end users, agents, and fulfillers.
