A leading technology service provider in the United States is seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise ServiceNow platform adoption. This role focuses on user training, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness. Candidates should have 3–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop training materials and conduct sessions. Familiarity with Government environments and ITSM concepts is desirable.

Supports enterprise ServiceNow platform adoption initiatives across major modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM, CSM). This role focuses on training, communications, and operational readiness to drive user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and sustained business outcomes in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OCM program execution, including schedule management, action tracking, and decision logging
• Develop and maintain rollout plans and training schedules
• Design and deliver role‑based, persona‑driven training aligned to platform configuration
• Create training materials (decks, demo scripts, recordings, Quick Reference Guides with screenshots)
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for end users, agents, and fulfillers
• Develop and execute communications campaigns (launch kits, FAQs, announcements, internal messaging)
• Tailor communications to different stakeholder groups (end users, leadership, support teams)
• Align training and communications with system configuration and operational workflows
• Support onboarding of business units and user groups
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback loops
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and governance teams to support adoption outcomes
• Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks across business units
• Support go‑live readiness, rollout execution, and hypercare communications
• Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and training effectiveness
• Collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement across releases
• Coordinate executive messaging and stakeholder alignment with PMO and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years experience in Organizational Change Management, training, or user adoption roles
• Experience supporting enterprise IT implementations or ServiceNow platform rollouts
• Experience developing and delivering training content and materials
• Strong communications planning and execution experience
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and workshops
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly guidance
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Desired Skills & Domain Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or SPM concepts
• Experience in federal or government environments
• Experience supporting adoption in governance‑heavy or regulated environments
• Exposure to rollout planning and phased deployment strategies
