Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join the USMC Team in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on on-prem ServiceNow administration, customization, and documentation to translate user requirements into effective functionality.

Responsibilities include developing and troubleshoooting forms, scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports, plus configuring SAML SSO, and maintaining knowledge management tools. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT II are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, patching, and upgrades.
• Certified to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements.
• Experience with database administration.
• Experience creating user and administrative documentation for ServiceNow.
• Linux experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer an on-premises version of ServiceNow, including installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, hardening (STIG), documentation and user requirements translation.
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML single sign-on for ServiceNow authentication and identity management.
• Maintain KM tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and local product creation/dissemination systems.
• STIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with Linux OS and database.
• Documentation to include quick reference/admin guides.
