Job summary

Intact Technology, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions within secure federal environments.

This role focuses on ITSM workflows, on-site work in the DMV/ Northern Virginia area, and requires owning solutions from concept to deployment in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and government stakeholders, lead module development and integrations, ensure TS security compliance, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret security clearance
• Willing and eligible to obtain SCI access
• Willing to work on-site five days per week in a secure SCIF environment in the Northern Virginia/DMV area
• Prior experience on a cleared or classified network
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Mastery of the ITSM suite – Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and more
• Strong grasp of SDLC processes in secure or regulated environments
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.)
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise ServiceNow solutions, from design to deployment
• Design, build, and enhance custom ServiceNow solutions for secure government environments
• Develop scalable workflows, integrations, and automations for federal customers
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mission leads to deliver tailored ITSM capabilities
• Lead module development, integrations, and enhancements across the ServiceNow suite
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and secure configuration under TS
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction in a cleared environment
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability
