Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Washington, DC to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions in a complex enterprise. The role supports ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and CMDB data while engaging with customers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include building forms, reports, workflows and dashboards, performing integrations with Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka, and driving platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years or master's with 6+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or master's with 10+ years required.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, integrate and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment to modernize platforms.
• Develop workflows, CMDB data, reports, and dashboards; support upgrades.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams on requirements.
• Ensure UI/UX requirements are incorporated into development.
