MANTECH is actively seeking a motivated, career-oriented ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our USMC Team in Quantico, VA. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and problem- solving skills, ensuring the platform's optimal performance, security, and customization. The ServiceNow Administrator / Developer will be responsible for administering the on- premises ServiceNow environment, developing custom solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high- impact projects within a collaborative team environment, contributing directly to national security efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in ServiceNow administration, including patching and upgrades. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, with an additional two years of relevant experience substituting for a degree. Certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT II requirements is mandatory, reflecting a solid understanding of cybersecurity standards. Candidates should have experience with database administration, Linux operating systems, and creating comprehensive user and administrative documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate user requirements into functional solutions are essential for success in this role.
