Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join the USMC Team in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on administering an on-prem ServiceNow environment, developing custom solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring integration with enterprise tools.

The candidate will combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving, maintain platform security, perform patching and upgrades, and contribute to national security initiatives through high-impact projects in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in ServiceNow administration.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification is mandatory.
• Experience with database administration and Linux operating systems.
• Strong communication and ability to translate user requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain an on-prem ServiceNow instance, including updates and hardening (STIG).
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, scripts, business rules, and imports.
• Configure SAML SSO for secure authentication and identity management in ServiceNow.
• Maintain knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Dynamics CRM) and related systems.
• Support Linux OS and database environments with STIG/POAM/Mitigation activities.
• Create and maintain user/admin documentation and quick reference guides.
