You will enhance and maintain a large-scale ServiceNow environment for a federal customer, supporting upgrades and new implementations across a multi-module instance.
Responsibilities include designing and configuring ServiceNow applications, building workflows, integrating with REST/SOAP, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.

The successful candidate will help enhance and maintain a large-scale ServiceNow environment for a federal customer, supporting major platform upgrades and new implementations across a complex, multi-module instance.
Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and core platform capabilities.
Create workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, catalog items and other platform components.
Assist with platform upgrades, including testing, issue remediation, troubleshooting and post-upgrade validation.
Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP and other integration technologies.
Write clean, scalable and maintainable JavaScript in accordance with established development standards.
Partner with developers, architects and stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Deliver solutions that comply with federal security, governance and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve application defects, performance issues and production support requests.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous platform improvement.
Active Top Secret security clearance is essential.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
CompTIA Security+ or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification would be a bonus.
Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications in a production environment.
Strong experience working with large-scale, complex ServiceNow instances.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting and core platform capabilities.
Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM or custom applications.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development standards, security principles and platform best practices.
Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense customers, with knowledge of relevant security, compliance and audit requirements.
