TEKsystems is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of the enterprise ServiceNow platform in a large financial services environment. This contract-to-hire role blends administration with engineering tasks, partnering with engineers, process owners, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability and platform health.

You will handle deployments, incident resolution, ITSM processes, and platform upgrades, while contributing to ITIL-aligned

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of enterprise ServiceNow administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, SPM, and SecOps modules.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support, and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform daily.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage Service Catalog requests and service tasks (~40% of the role).
• Handle incident and problem resolution within ServiceNow (~20%).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades and patches (~20%).
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations (~20%).
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
