TekWissen LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a temporary assignment in the United States. Hybrid/onsite work arrangement depending on team needs. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise ServiceNow applications across ITSM, workflows, and ITOM capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong platform knowledge, and experience with API integrations and Service Portal. Bachelor's degree in CS or IT preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.
• Experience with Agile development and ServiceNow deployment processes.

• Experience supporting financial services or highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
