Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator on a contract-to-hire basis to provide daily administration, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The role involves fulfilling service requests, resolving incidents related to access and configuration, coordinating with process owners and engineers to implement changes, and supporting patches, security updates, upgrades, and other activities to ensure platform reliability and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Enterprise ServiceNow administration experience.
• Demonstrated ServiceNow configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, patches, or security updates.
• Ability to manage incidents, requests, and planned work across competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers, process owners, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and drive assigned work through completion.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
