Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow expert to drive implementation, support IRM processes, and manage platform upgrades in an enterprise setting. You will engage with stakeholders, coordinate configurations including SSO and AD group mappings, and ensure production integrity through tested promotions.

The role expects strong communication, and hands-on administration and development within ServiceNow, with ongoing support for operational metrics and SOP/runbook updates.

Formación

• 3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation & Support Expert and IRM specialization.
• Experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
• ServiceNow platform administration, development and configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and post-upgrade remediation.
• Ability to manage tickets and coordinate resolutions through production promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out ServiceNow upgrades approximately every six months and remediate issues.
• Provide application and functional support, including enhancements.
• Administer and develop ServiceNow modules and configurations.
• Interface with teams to raise and resolve issues, ensuring timely closures.
• Support OKTA/IGAM/SSO configuration changes and user entitlements.
• Monitor operational metrics, performance, and usage; update runbooks.
