Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ServiceNow platform daily operations.
• Manage incident, request, problem, and change queues per SLAs.
• Implement integrations via MID Server, REST and SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Monitor performance, availability, and health metrics; proactive risk management.
• Lead Major Incident and Problem Management; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, upgrades, patches, and instance refreshes.
