Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a local automotive service company seeking an experienced Service Writer/Service Advisor to support its busy front counter. This is a highly customer-facing position working closely alongside management, technicians, and customers each day. The ideal candidate will have substantial previous experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor and understand how to manage the entire customer service process—from the initial phone call through completion of the work order. This company is looking for someone dependable, professional, personable, and capable of stepping into the position with minimal training.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the front counter
