Job summary

Mazda Thousand Oaks is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving service sales.

In a high-volume shop, you will greet guests, assess vehicle needs, recommend maintenance, write repair orders with estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep work moving. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.
