Job summary

Prestige Auto Works in Sacramento is seeking a reliable Service Writer to join our family-owned shop full time. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, write repair orders, and explain repairs and timelines in plain language.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking, with knowledge of automotive systems. Experience as a service writer is preferred; Tekmetric or similar software is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service writer or service advisor in automotive repair.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and common repairs.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs at once.
