The role involves serving as the primary connection between customers and technicians, writing repair orders, presenting estimates, and ensuring a smooth repair process.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and automotive knowledge, with the ability to explain repairs clearly and maintain excellent customer relationships.

The Position

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary connection between our customers and our technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle concerns
