Prestige Auto Works is seeking a reliable Service Writer to join our Sacramento auto repair shop full-time. You will greet customers, write accurate repair orders, and clearly explain repairs, pricing, and timelines in plain language.

You’ll obtain approvals, coordinate parts with vendors, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates have prior service writer/advisor experience in automotive repair, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple
