LandPro Equipment is seeking a Service Writer to be the bridge between customers and our service team. You will welcome customers, assess service needs, and manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication with technicians and parts staff.

You will build strong customer relationships, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure customers leave confident in the service they received.

Competenze

• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
