Total Equipment Management is seeking a Service Writer to bridge customers and technicians. You will coordinate repair documentation, communicate progress, and ensure every update reflects our commitment to service excellence.

In a fast-paced environment, you will welcome customers, process work orders and invoices, assist with parts coordination, and support the Service Manager with warranty claims. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will help keep repairs moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair documentation and communicate with customers.
• Create, process, and close work orders with complete information.
• Prepare repair estimates, invoices, and service documents.
• Coordinate with Parts to ensure technicians have needed parts.
• Check equipment in and out of the shop per procedures.
• Provide timely updates on repair progress and estimates.
• Assist the Service Manager with warranty claims and manufacturer docs.
• Maintain customer and equipment records in the service system.
• Process customer payments and assist with billing.
