SitePro Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Service Writer to support our Parts and Service teams, keep operations organized, and ensure the right teams have what they need to complete repairs and service orders.

You will coordinate parts, assist with orders and invoicing, and help teammates find solutions quickly while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction as priorities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; 5+ years in customer service, parts, operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business systems is expected.
• Experience with parts ordering, purchase orders, or invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep parts and service moving by coordinating parts availability, orders, and deliveries while supporting technicians.
• Be the go-to support for your team; respond to internal requests and troubleshoot order and service questions with other departments.
• Own the details by assisting with parts/service orders, purchase orders, invoicing, quotes, and recordkeeping.
• Communicate updates, track outstanding needs, and help resolve issues to keep daily operations on schedule and safe.
