Total Equipment Management is seeking a Service Writer to be the link between customers and technicians in our busy shop, ensuring clear communication and smooth repairs.

You will welcome customers, handle inquiries, create and close work orders, prepare repair estimates and invoices, and coordinate parts with the shop team.

This role supports the Service Manager, maintains accurate records, and helps keep customers informed with timely updates on progress and timing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate repair documentation and communicate with customers and technicians.
• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process.
• Create, process, and close work orders with accurate information.
• Prepare repair estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure technicians have necessary parts.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records in the service management system.
