Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with customers, vendors and all levels of an organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with answering telephone and monitor lines on hold for prompt response time.
• Greet service customer with a positive attitude.
• Inspect new trucks and trailers for damage before logging equipment in.
• Notify sales staff by email with VIN# and scan check in form for new equipment coming in for install.
• Document customer complaints and open work orders.
