Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience in an automotive repair or service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet accounts and aftermarket warranty companies is a plus.
• Section 609 Certification (EPA) preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess service and repair needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using the shop’s POS system.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
• Mentor less experienced team members and promote a collaborative team culture.
