Weidner Apartment Homes in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Service Technician 2 to maintain occupied and vacant units, perform painting, drywall, carpentry, and system repairs. You will service electrical, plumbing, boilers, HVAC, appliances, and flooring while delivering quality work and customer service to residents and vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance and painting/drywall experience, strong mechanical skills, and physical ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience required.
• 3-5 years painting and drywall repairs required.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and climb stairs.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Independently repair electrical, plumbing, water heaters, HVAC, appliances.
• Perform carpentry, drywall repairs, and interior/exterior painting.
• Manage repairs on flooring (plank, vinyl, carpet).
• Complete daily maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Run preventative maintenance and support property improvements.
• Use company apps and travel between properties as needed.
