Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience required.
• 3-5 years of painting and drywall repairs required.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds/36.3 kilograms; climb ladders.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all vacant apartments for occupancy (painting, drywall, repairs).
• Independently perform system repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.
• Perform carpentry, drywall repairs and interior/exterior painting.
• Identify and perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain logs and comply with city ordinances when applicable.
