Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document necessary renovations.
• Restore apartments to 'make ready' status.
• Respond to resident requests delivering excellent customer service.
