Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I for our Phoenix, AZ properties. You will assist with oversight of the physical assets, diagnose problems, perform repairs, and support apartment make-readies to keep units move-in ready.

Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year general maintenance and safety experience, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and owning industry-specific hand tools. A High School diploma or GED is a plus, with OSHA safety knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoots HVAC and assists with make-readies.
• Identifies hazards and reports to supervisors per policy.
• Follows preventive maintenance programs and BH guidelines.
• Maintains tools and participates in on-call rotation when needed.
