Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with oversight of the property’s physical assets and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnoses problems and makes general repairs; assists with apartment make-readies.
• Performs preventive maintenance and assists with construction or rehabilitation projects.
• Maintains and operates property-issued tools; documents safety and maintenance per BH guidelines.
