Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with oversight of physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies.

This role also supports preventive maintenance and rehabilitation projects on-site, representing the company in a professional manner. The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• HVAC knowledge required; own basic hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and upkeep to restore units to move-in condition within company standards.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards; respond to resident requests and emergencies as needed.
