Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I for our Mesa, AZ properties. You will assist with daily maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventive work to keep apartment communities safe and welcoming.

You will also help manage inventory and respond to resident service requests in a professional, timely manner. The role requires at least three years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to perform job functions.
• High School diploma preferred; EPA 608 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and monitor completion within standards.
• Perform maintenance, HVAC and appliance repairs, and make-readies.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and on-call coverage.
• Ensure repairs and cleaning keep apartments move-in ready.
