Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on units and systems to keep them move-in ready.
• Assist with make-readies and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document work performed.
• Follow OSHA and BH safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
