Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to help oversee the property’s physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, assist with apartment make-readies, and support preventive maintenance to keep units move-in ready.

This role requires basic maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED is preferred, and you will use industry tools while following OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• HS diploma or GED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance tasks to restore unit readiness.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies.
• Operate industry tools and document safety compliance.
• Report hazards to Community/Service Manager and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with grounds and common area upkeep.
