Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to support oversight of physical assets at our properties. You will diagnose and repair systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances, and assist with apartment make-readies.

The role emphasizes safety, on-call participation, and collaboration with the maintenance and property teams. A high school diploma and EPA 608 Type I certification are preferred; you must provide your own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years general maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 Type I – Appliance certification.
• Ability to work with basic appliances and perform repairs.
• Must provide own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions; follow safety guidelines.
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with Community/Service Manager.
