Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales and product pick‑up/delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating staff to ensure top service and quality in the most efficient manner.

This middle‑management role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, contract renewals, and an efficient route structure with driver compliance, reporting to the Rental service

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required
• DOT medical certification required
• Age 21+
• Prior employment documentation required

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team delivering customer service, sales, and pick‑up/delivery services
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate service staff
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and renewals of contracts
• Ensure efficient route structure and driver compliance
• Lead middle-management responsibilities and provide leadership accountability
