Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise staff performing customer service, sales, and product pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating the team to maintain top service quality.

You will drive a company vehicle between customer sites and assist with lifting and access in accounts; oversee contract renewals, route efficiency, and driver compliance in a middle-management role.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales and the pick-up/delivery of products.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team to ensure high service quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in/out of accounts.
• Oversee key service department areas including renewals, internal sales, route efficiency and driver compliance.
