Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service crew that delivers customer service, drives route efficiency, and ensures product quality while supporting renewals and account management.

This middle-management role requires hiring, training, and evaluating staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring driver compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service staff.
• Oversee renewals of customer contracts and drive internal sales.
• Maintain an efficient route structure and driver compliance.
• Operate a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and walking.
