Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise staff delivering customer service, sales, and product pickups/deliveries, while hiring, training, and evaluating the team to ensure the highest level of service and quality.

You will drive a company vehicle and support drivers with route efficiency and safety. The role emphasizes relationship management, contract renewals, and growing internal sales in a middle-management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• 21+ years of age required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery of products.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assist the team with lifting and walking at accounts.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and manage contract renewals and internal sales growth.
• Oversee route structure and driver compliance; ensure safety and operational standards.
