Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house operations. You will oversee the service group, focusing on customer service, sales, and timely product pickups and deliveries.

You will hire, train and evaluate staff, drive a company vehicle, and ensure safety and efficiency across routes. This middle-management role emphasizes leadership and compliance with DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license is required; DOT medical certification may be needed.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of the DOT/regulated vehicle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service and sales, and handle pick-up and delivery of products.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to achieve high customer service and quality.
• Oversee route structure, driver compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
