Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house operations. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales, and product pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain high service quality.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, contract renewals, improving route efficiency, and ensuring driver compliance.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and must meet DOT driving requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
