Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales, and product pick-up/delivery, while training and evaluating staff to ensure top service standards.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation of previous employment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team to ensure customer service and product quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting and movements.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team.
