VIP, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager II (SMII) to lead a service team at our New Hampshire location. The role focuses on safety, customer service excellence, and developing staff to become future Service Managers.

You will learn VIP processes, manage scheduling, coaching, and compliance, and drive performance through daily operations and team leadership. The position requires an exempt, full-time commitment and ongoing driver’s license and certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain workplace safety as priority; follow safety policies and training.
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and develop leadership within the team.
  • Learn VIP processes and aim to lead and develop a high-performing service team.
  • Schedule and manage the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
  • Coordinate training, coaching, and certifications for associates; ensure ASE readiness.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Enforce service ethics and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Communicate with management and act as policy administrator at location.
