Job summary

VIP, Inc. seeks a Service Manager II to operate as a high-potential leader in our automotive service environment in Sanford, ME.

This exempt role acts in place of an Assistant Manager, guiding a team to deliver VIP’s exceptional customer experience and achieving program standards. The SMII will learn VIP processes, hire and develop a superb team, ensure safety, coordinate work orders, and participate in ongoing training and store meetings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Sound business sense with ability to analyze and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1; follow safety policies and training.
• Learn VIP processes and assist in building an excellent team.
• Schedule the team to meet customers’ needs across all hours.
• Train and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor training completion.
• Oversee compliance with codes, ethics, and regulations.
