Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the field and in-house service team, overseeing customer service, sales activity and product delivery to customers. You will hire, train and evaluate staff to ensure top service quality while maintaining efficient routes and driver compliance.

The role includes driving a company vehicle to customer sites and supporting lifting tasks, with emphasis on strong customer relationships and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• 21+ years old minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise service team on route and in-house operations.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team for high quality service.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites.
• Assist with lifting, carrying and walking at customer accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships and renewals; improve internal sales.
• Ensure route efficiency and driver compliance.
