Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise the team delivering service, sales and product pickups, ensuring the highest levels of customer care and quality for our clients.

This middle-management role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The position involves driving a company vehicle, oversight of route efficiency, and ensuring driver compliance while fostering a culture of safety and service

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team who provides customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery.
• Oversee route structure, driver compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to ensure top service and product quality.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites and support on-route and in-house activities.
