Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer facing service team both on route and in-house. The role focuses on supervising the service team to deliver excellent customer service and quality, while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT requirements and company policies.

You will hire, train and develop staff, manage route efficiency, and support contract renewals. This is a middle-management position with direct leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• DOT driving requirements apply, including active license and DOT medical certification.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Training or instructor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to deliver customer service and product quality.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate team members for performance and compliance.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and mobility at accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, manage contract renewals, and optimize routes.
