Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team, both on route and in-house. You will supervise a team that delivers customer service, sales and product pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating staff to ensure top service and quality.

The role includes driving a company vehicle to customer sites, supporting the team with lifting and access, and maintaining strong customer relationships, contract renewals, and efficient route structure with driver

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old and obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites.
• Assist the service team with lifting, carrying and walking in and out of customer accounts.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and renewals.
